A few knockouts. I have sooo much to post, we have been super busy. Just as an FYI there are no more available sessions until December 28th. Also a heads up on your 4 days left of ordering your specialty products. Deadline is the 10th on books, albums and vintage frames.



We are finally getting things pulled together! We will be open ON MONDAY NOV 9TH. Hours of operation will be 10am - 6pm Mon - Sat. The Grand Opening will be held on Friday Dec 18th and we will be having a draw that day for a gift basket worth over $500 which includes a free session and vintage frame from Silverline. Beginning on Monday, with every $50 you spend at behind the door, you can enter your name in to win. Holiday Schedule

With the holidays approaching and the new store closer to open, I thought I would give you all a heads up on timing things for guarantee Christmas delivery. The deadlines my vendors have sent me are as follows:

Vintage Frames, Albums and Specialty Product orders: Nov 10th
Christmas Cards, Standard Framing and Prints: Dec 1st
All orders to be ready for pick up Dec 15th
Next order date will be Jan 4th 2010
No exceptions


Very limited sessions for the remainder of the year. Please book these now to ensure you get a spot. Session fee due at time of booking. Studio will be closed from Dec 18th-Dec 27th.

New gift cards and packages available at the new store and studio, 380 main street in Cardston, Christmas Craft Fair at the Remington Center Dec 13th-14th, and the Christmas Farmers Market at the Civic Center Dec 11th. These are PERFECT gifts for this year.

behind the door is coming!! We are just waiting on a few shipments before we can open the doors. Once I hear when delivery is I will confirm a solid open date. Next week for sure!! It is so fun to see all the cute stuff coming in! The New Store...

As Silverline has been growing, I have decided to open a new venture and share space with a new retail store we are opening along side Silverline selling home decor, frames (of course!!) and gifts. The new studio and store are located at 380 Main Street Cardston Alberta. I will be getting a new Silverline blog here shortly and with that a behind the door blog too. I'll keep you posted!

The Annual Christmas Card Special begins OCTOBER 1ST!! This means that for any session booked in October you get 25 FOLDED 5x7 Cards ($75 Value) with envelopes for $200! These will be back to you by December 1st. If you book November sessions, regular card prices will apply. Last year we featured the flat 2 sided card, but this year it is double that with the 4 sides with the folded card. You have a choice of either linen, matte or glossy cardstock. Family Sessions for the fall are already nearly full and I am opening a few slots for weddings. I have very little room left through until January 2010 for family shoots. Fall through Christmas months are the busiest with family sessions getting ready for gifts, cards and the holidays. If you are planning a session, booking now is a must.
