...barely. Things are INSANE right now, as the last two weeks of August are some of the busiest of the entire year. I thought I would send out a big thank - you to all of those very patient clients, waiting for prints. I dont think I have ever been excited for Sept 1st to come, well not since maybe kindergarten or something. Heritage Week

I hope every one's weekend was full of family, fun and sunshine. If you are from Alberta, we are celebrating Heritage week this week, and lots of events and activities fill up the days. Family reunions are everywhere and the week is ended by a parade and fireworks. This week we get to have a POW WOW in Cardston from our native neighbors that is amazing. If you haven't been, go! The competitions are fun to watch and the culture is rich. There is much to do and learn. A very important part of their and our heritage.

I mentioned a while back about some Heritage day contests and as we are doing other contests right now, well, we may as well keep going. So to refresh your mushy holidaying minds, this is what we have going on. Definitely something for everyone.

1. Family Picture Contest. Send me a fam pic 640x480 pixles and tell me WHY you NEED that free shoot. It could be the desperate state of the old one, it could be because your family is so dang adorable and the whole world needs to know, whatever the reason email me at heather@silverlinephoto.com . 2.Silverline is launching new and improved sites in Aug. Be on it. Be famous. Send me a photograph - 660 pixels wide. The photograph if CHOSEN will grace our website for 24 hours on the Aug launch day as well as get yummy birthday party food. Pizza anyone?
**The photograph must wish a Happy Birthday to SILVERLINE **(creativity a must!)

3. Heritage Days is all about our heritage! Send me a pic 660pixels wide that shows me your posterity - as in your NEWEST addition. Yes, this is a baby/newborn contest. Send me your entries of you're newborns to 6 months old. Winner Will receive adorable baby shoes from Peter Piper. This was the Perfect baby, for the Perfect couple and she gave me the Perfect shoot. I couldnt have had a better baby! She is such a doll, I LOVE her!!! Thanks Patti and Shawn for sharing her with me! The rest wont be long, I told you I wouldn't be able to stand it!
